Nice birch stock and guards.
Front guard was sold to me on CMP forum as NOS birch hand guard. It is perfect and includes metal.
The rear hand guard was purchased, by me, at a gun show as a NOS birch hand guard. The color is a match (as much as birch can be matched) to the front.
The stock came from Dupage. I sanded it down to a much nicer, traditional profile and dyed it (again, as best you can with birch) to match the guards. Note in pics that I removed some material from the underside when fitting it to a rifle. Some stain or dye will hide that easily.
There are no cracks or dings. The only mark on the stock is a heel scuff.
$100 plus shipping. USPS priority. Insurance is additional, if desired. (I paid $80 for just the front hand guard)
