I have an AR lower marked M15 made by advanced armaments inc. lingleville Texas. Have y'all heard of these? Are they any good?

I haven't heard about their lowers but they made a splash a while ago by releasing a handi rifle in 300 Blackout.

I have built on 3 different kinds, any my Experience has been a lower is a lower. The plans have been out so long, and so many people successfully tooled up to make them, that I haven't seen anybody having problems with the offerings out there.

It is pretty easy part to make, unlike a Garand or M14 receiver.

Keep in mind that the markings don't mean they actually made the lower.

Advanced Armaments Corporation is owned by Freedom Group, sold to them in 09. And if rumors hold true, Remington management will be buying Freedom Group. And is not the same company. Anyway, does it have the trigger guard machined in? I'll assume it does and as well as M 15 marked on the side. They were the first to make an aftermarket lower in the late 70's and were only made for two years. There was something about a National Guard contract. The riffles they built used all Colt parts. Its machined from billet stock. Along with the trigger guard, a few other cosmetic measurements were changed. Thinking it was to avoid a lawsuit from Colt. It's odd look and poor anodizing are its only detractors that I'm aware of. Beside, of course being obscure.

Should look like this http://darowden.com/markings/rm_Advanced.htm

That's it, but mine does not have the mark above the trigger pin.

It has made a decent rifle, I put that m16 upper, and the a1 barrel on it. The only problem is it is a large hole upper, and I don't have a pin for it yet.

Are these the uppers we talked about a few weeks ago? If so those uppers are SP1's , USGI uppers never had large hole

The uppers don't. I had to get the offset pivot pin.
