I have been seeing parts kits sell for $400 without a barrel, and was just wondering if a parts set w/a barrel would sell for $500.I ask because I am considering selling off My set to buy a rifle.I don't want to rip someone off, just going by the ones I have seen recently. Not even sure if I should sell it,or just buy a receiver down the road when I can.If I do,I'll offer a choice of different 1952 barrel w/shiny bore, and They all show 1/4"of M2 ball(sorry,no gauges). What say You,and be Honest!!!I can take it!

Dude, just try it at that price and see what happens. You're not ripping someone off if they want to buy it. Let the market work bro.

Bro, we're just used to buying on the cheap. For some reason people just don't realize the CMP will sell them a rifle for four bills and change. Anyway, I see parts kits go for 475 so I think you're inline. Stu

I'm not selling it.I was just drinking and"Thinking".I need another Project.Yes Hermann,I am very ashamed for even thinking that!Funny thing is If You bought all the parts individually(Like I did), it would be sickening to add up and see what You spent.I bought My first parts kit for $125!

With the lack (NON EXISTANCE) of parts kits and people buying bare receivers from the CMP there should be someone that will meet your price.
When a kit appears on the market it appears to sell.

You can always reduce the price if it does not sell.

I just wished I purchased more of the Dupage kits.

Here is a idea of what some of the parts set go for -- I bought a couple from him before.

You are probably ahead using the parts yourself on another build.

OMG! I hope the CMP offers RG rifles again. The freaking parts are worth more than the rifle parted out.

Ouch..those are some pricey parts sets. I'll just stick to buying parts as I find them and skip the 'kit charge'.
