Very nice sir!! Peace toolman
I remember meeting an old man who had 70 or 8- M1903s. I asked why would you have so many of the same rifle? He laughed and said every one is unique , with a big smile. A few years later I discover the cmp and quickly understood what he meant.
How about some pictures Mike, maybe we should start the show and tell again here.
Mike shoot me a pm if you are still looking , Tom
I've wanted to get one of these and make a 7.62/.308 carbine - think part M1903 'BushMaster' and part 'Jungle Carbine' - but just haven't been able to budget the project.

I just came home with a sub 45000 Remington 1917 parade rifle. Nice nickel finish and a great bore. WHY OH WHY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I worked today
The NICS system was down, waited 2.5 hours for it to come back up!
I don't think it was down, they were just deciding if they needed to send someone with a butterfly net to round you up.
Here are some pictures! One more on it's way to FFL!
The Family.
2 Eddystones
2 Remingtons
1 Winchester
! completely scrubber of all markings
Now that's a family you can count on.
Why yes they are!!!!!
I just want an Eddystone because I like Baldwin locomotives.
Eli
As of Saturday I have 2 more Eddystones and a Winchester. paid under 300 each. Now I just need to find some stocks to put them in so I cam re-militarize them!!!!!
Where did you get them?
How nice a set of rifles..Envious of you and your luck...I just own one Eddystone, but that puppy is heavy and import marked...It had the red band marking....I did not see a band on any of yours??? I kind of like that chinese version that was shown on this posting, a very good idea, to chase..
I am afraid I don't have any pictures at the moment, but my old Eddystone has a red band painted around the fore end with ".30-06" stenciled in black on the red-- I remember reading somewhere that these were sent to Canada on lend-lease, but they already had some stores of the Pattern-1914 rifles, so the red band was added. Some of the paint is flaking off, I had best get some shots soon-- I'll put one up when I have it. I dearly love these old warhorses, and I don't necessarily mean just the M'17s--
Well just an update, today I bought #12! Still need an endless supply of stocks, but have not found one!
You don't need more than one gun to kill a deer! If it saves just one life......
