Unknown Pistol Grip question

Can anyone identify this pistol grip? It appears to have been mass produced, then modified by a Stevie Wonder to add a palm grip. It’s really fugly and I’d like to replace it. Pretty much. Preferably into the nearest fireplace!

Found a BM59 grip to take its place.

In all my years, never seen anything like it.
