First trip to the range for my Les Baer, Pictures included

As promised I've attached photos of my new to me Les Baer Monolith Comanche Heavy. I've also attached a photo of my first target. I shot about 100 rounds of mixed ammo including Wolf, Critical, Aquila and Winchester white box. The Baer ate everything put into it without a hiccup. It shoots similar to my Kimber CDP but better. There is practically zero muzzle bounce and very little recoil making target acquisition very easy without much in the way of recovery time. It feels good in the hand and comes up onto to target very nicely. It's easy to reload and to handle. The trigger is right on for me and both safeties function with no noticeable effort. The only thing which will need some attention are the sights. It is equipped wit night sights but in my opinion they're weak. I need a more noticeable front sight as I found it difficult to see the front sight. I haven't decided what corrective measure to take and am looking for suggestions. I shoot at three different distances 7, 20 and 25 yards. I was pleasantly surprised at the results especially at my results at the 25 yard line. Please keep in mind I'm not an expert shooter, I'm just a 62 year old who shakes a little and mainly shoot M1 Garand rifles. I was happy enough with the results that next trip to the range I plan to shoot at the 50 yard line, I probably won't be posting those results! Any way here are the photos, comments and suggestions please.

From the looks of the targets I would say the sights are fine, Nice

I'm thinking about putting some Dawson Precision sights on my Springer (Novak cut). I have used some fiber optics on a friend's IDPA 1911 and they were nice.

Sights should be fine. I'm 73 and no longer try to line them up,just frame the target with the muzzle and let er go. Well really I do use the sights if they get in the way.

Mix, you're right on with the point and shoot method. I usually point the weapon just like it were my finger and let it rip. This method is deadly in the 7 yard range, however much past 7 yards the sights come in handy. I have noticed I'm not as steady as I use to be and a little shake at the firing line is a big shake at 50 yards. We'll see how I do at 50 which I'm going to shoot at an outside range on a sunny day.

At 50 yards I am two handed prone! Did you ever try to use sights with bifocals? You either see the sights or the target no middle ground so I just bring up the muzzle cover the target and let go. BTW I am deadly at the seven yard line hah.
