    Kimber 82G

I am finding myself taking my Kimber 82G to the range more and more.
    Amazingly accurate .
I'm going to put glass on this one as soon as I save up my pennies

Definitely a bargain from the CMP. I love the one that I have; dead accurate, and an beautiful rifle to boot!

What is the sight radius with the extension. Nice looking rifle...

Thanks, Orlando....I'm starting to shoot a CZ Ultra Lux with a 28" barrel in the RFC postal matches. I'm 33" from rear to front with a set of Brno aperture sights. Never thought I could have so much fun with open sights and sometimes I hit what I aim at...

I have a Kimber "rusty" on order and it should be a step up....

Is the extension your design or did you order it...???

The rifle is a Rusty Kimber that was customized by a guy here in Ohio and posts on RFC
He took the stock that came on it and did some major work as you can see. Customized the stock ,added adjustable cheek riser, buttplate . He made the bloop tube and aluminum trigger guard, I think hes a machinest by trade. The aluminum parts arent white like they show in the pics
If you want his contact info I can PM it to you
Eventually I am going to have the stock pillar bedded and may install a scope

He does great work for sure. You're lucky to have someone close by with those skills..

I'll see what mine is like after I clean it up and shoot it..Might contact you about his info.

Hard to believe that is a "rusty", very nice job....

Went to the range today and stretched the legs of my Kimber 82. This rifle amazes me everytime I shoot it, as long as I do my part
You can shoot for hours and not break the bank
