All I can hope is that a new Pres would be open to changing the names. This happened under Reagan when Carter had some stupid ship names. Changed them all, example is the USS Bataan, it was supposed to be the USS Albight.

Hell, I'd go one further and say that I don't like MOST of the people that live in it anymore. They're nothing more than a massive group of tech gadget, reality TV addicted sheep. It's pathetic.

Why are you all getting so worked up over the name of this ship? With the Obama cuts in defence spending, the ship will be in mothballs before it even finishes it's shake down cruise.
I'm just waiting for them all to be armed with glitter bombs.
