    Wow!!!!!

    here she is boys. fresh from the Shuff shop. haven't shot it yet. what a gorgeous rifle. great job Tim

    Boy did that turn out wonderfully. I like the rail, I have the Amega rail on my MINI-G. I think I like that one better. Looks like you could almost co-witness with that one.

    I just got off the phone with Tim, and he is working on mine as we speak.

    Chub, I have had my 30/06 G for almost two years and still have a chub.

    I am building mine in a Nigerian stock with a standard garand gas cylinder, but I am using the same solid lower band you did.

    Where did you find your solid lower band? I know Buckshot says he made his, but I haven't found a solid one anywhere....

    I believe that Greg at Standard Parts is working on a solid band. The one I used I bought on Gunbroker, but they seem to have dried up.

    I emailed Greg at Standard parts about the solid lower band. no reply yet. has he given any idea as to when these may be available?

    well, i made my solid lower band. took an NOS USGI and welded a cover on it. came out pretty good. the rear sight cover is a nice touch also. had it engraved by a CMP member.
