    Go for the trade. I think you will gain more with the Garand than the Smith. If you look around I doubt you would have any trouble replacing the Smith, But that M1 looks to good to pass on. I am assuming you have checked the barrel specs on this trade.

    yeah, "CRAZY HORSE" I SENT THE 27 OFF AND THE M1 WILL BE HERE BY WED, could pass it up will need only a op rod and trigger housing to make complete 42 can always look for a orig cartouched stock thanks. ill be plasting lots of pics up when she lands.... now for a 42 bayonet????
