I made this a while ago but never plugged it in.It was dark enough today to finally use it.I still haven't found a shade that I like(Helmet is way too heavy).

Call me crazy, but you could make a paper mache' helmet. Could use a bent coat hanger for the bottom edge for support. Maybe even some chicken wire?
