    Ram-Line Discontinues Syn. Garand Stock

I guess Ram-Line has discontinued these. I wanted to use one for a mag fed G in the future. Is there a reasonably priced alternative? I've seen the brown plastic ones, but I've read those are only good for drill rifles.
    Thanks.

From the feedback I heard on the Ramlines you arent missing out on much

I've seen reasonable accuracy when rifles were in their stocks.

I was told the fit left alot to be desired and they were rather cheap made? Never saw one myself, just second hand info.
I do see used Ramline stock sets them come up for sale every now and then

Looks like I might still be able to order one direct from the company. I just thought it would be a good beater stock for a truck gun. The grip profile does leave something to be desired. They also seemed to have pretty good reviews on Midway USA prior to them pulling the link.

It's definitely a different feel to the gun. I had Tim put one on my mag fed garand, looks nice. lightens the rifle up a little bit (not enough to compensate for the extra 12 rounds though).

Spoke to the Ram-line people. They still make them periodically, but they're in the process of a move. And they're a low priority item, so it could be a few months. This would explain my pending Amazon order not expected to ship til October.

You spoke to them? Could you get me that phone number?
