    .308 and 7.62 NATO

    I read on the site "I can install the Garand barrel in .308 (NOT 7.62 NATO) or 30/06."

    I've read a little about chamber pressures and the difference between commercial .308 rounds and 7.62 NATO rounds. Is there another difference that would prevent firing 7.62 in a mini-g?

    7.62 can be fired in a .308 WRA barrel.

    Ok. I might go with a .308 option and shoot 7.62 with it.
