Took my M1A to the range today, dont know why I dont shoot her more than I do. She seems to get left behind. To many guns, no enough time I guess
She shoots well for a standard M1A with all USGI parts

Great group Bill!I do the same thing with My M14 type,but I did let My wife's uncle shoot mine while on vacation.He carried one during Vietnam and was full of stories,which is amazing because He won't talk about it with anyone else!He told Me about pulling out,and wiping the rounds for 3 mags every morning and how they used lima bean oil for the mags.He also told Me he always carried a mag with tracers for"marking bad guys".It was so worth it to see that giant smile.

Years ago before my eyes and back gave out I shot this group prone at 100yds with iron sights and surplus ammo. Darn I wish I could see againI can put up with the aches and pains but the eyesight sure sucks

That German DAG and MEN ammo has to be some of the most accurate surplus I have ever used. To bad its has dried up and cant be found
