    Here now, actually. Flew 130s for a few years. Was a T-6 IP at Vance for 3 and now at CBM since '13. If you were here from '04-'07, we were here at the same time. I was a student in Doolittle in class 07-01. I'd wager we know a lot of the same people.

    This is an old thread, so you've probably found out by now that taking 1" off that flash suppressor really compromises its effectiveness. I use my shortened T37 at an indoor range, and you could see it was doing little to suppress the flash. At one time, SEI was making a very effective 4-prong flash suppressor for the Garand. I have the same type of SEI 4-prong device on another firearm. It works real well, and the prongs are not easily bent like those on the T37.

    I tried to get SEI to put that one back into production several years ago, to no avail.

    I had contacted them a few years ago, too. No luck, obviously. If enough people contact them, perhaps they'll bring it back. I'll be emailing them again.
