    AR-15 wood Stock

    Saw this on Reddit, as I am a sucker for wood guns, thought it was kinda cool/different.

    The only example I've ever seen in person had a crack at the top of the stock comb where it has to be thin in order not to interfere with the charging handle. Everything I've seen since says that's the biggest weakness of wood AR furniture. Makes one wonder if it would do better on a side charger, where the top of the stock could be made just a little thicker to resist cracking.

    I have a set on one of my CAR. Gets a lot of looks at the range.
