    That rifle is a FAR better value than any field grade the CMP sells.

    Just another update. After considering logistics regarding ammo, I decided to have it rebarreled in .308, 'cause I have an ample supply for my 14's and am set up to reload that caliber. Anyway she is on the way to Tim for his CMP Special with a new walnut stock. I'll post pics when she gets back home!
