Went to Devine to see about getting some 1911 parts to attempt to correct a 1917 1911 Colt I picked up at a gun show and left with a 9mm kit to convert my AR. Biggest reason I bought it was the price was right and I wanted something with the Devine/Elmer connection. He is selling them at our local gun show for a good price and sold out the first Day!
He will have more for the next show so there will be a bunch of happy guys. Pics on the way.

There was a thread on here from a while ago about 9mm conversions.
What type of Magazine/maker/ bren, tech, mac uzi,, does it take?
I erased my signature and don't know why.
Almost any of those you listed will work when modified. The mag catch is already part of your lower receiver and adapter. Appears to be an easy conversion once you see the mag that comes with the kit. The ones I got are Colt but he showed me how others can be converted. I suggest if you buy a kit to get at least one extra mag. Right now I am looking for Uzi mags to convert.One item that came up in conversation was the sights. His thoughts are you are wasting ammo at 100 yds so plan your sights accordingly. I can't see the sights and the target so I am going for a low power scope sight.
