    AK-47 AK74 information

So I screwed up you could say and won an auction for 1260 rounds of Russian 7.62. I now have ammo for a gun that I don't own. Looking for information on which importers/manufactures to stick with. Also what are reasonably prices, not the inflated ones right now, but the ones pre-Sandy Hook. At this time just getting information so I don't screw up again and waste money.

You could have the ammo shipped to me and save yourself $700 - $1,000.

In all seriousness, don't forget about the SKS. Tim and I found several under $300 with amatching parts and good bores at the show two weeks ago.

I will either wait till the Ak/SKS market drops lower before I buy or trade the ammo for Garand parts. I personally would prefer the trade option.

I am looking for: Service Grade condition parts if possible

1)SA-16 or SA-14 complete trigger groups
    2)SA-12 complete trigger group
    3)1.3mil Winchester Trigger Group
    4)2 Op-Rods
5)2 Complete Gas Cylinders (Front Sights etc...)
6)M1 Garand Receivers with Deep Heal Stamps (Lead Dipped, Interesting S/Ns)

    7) Service Grade M1 Garand
    8) Service Grade 1911
    9) 1937 Luger
    10) Mauser C96 Broomhandle

I have such a wish list. Seriously those are the things I am looking for to complete some projects and start some.

Based on the prices I found at a gunshow last week you will be in for a long wait.
Everything is still very inflated. I think the dealers are trying to keep everything inflated for as long as they can. It was crazy the prices they had on very common items .The cheapest handgun magazine of any kind including 10rders was $20. AK's were $700 on up for the junk ones.
