Using high temp Cerakote on gas tubes

Tim, would Cerakote high temp work on gas tubes? I think the colors would be easy enough to match I just don't know how it would hold up?

Man, I have absolutely no idea. Never used the stuff. I have heard of others using it but don't remember their results.

I have it on a couple rifles. One includes an AR barrel. Holding up great so far. They use it on engine headers. Impervious to a lot of chemicals. Has somewhat of a lubricating property also. I love it. Read up on it. I bet it would work great if applied correctly.

I used it on one of mine, and it seems to be holding up just fine. The high temp stuff seems to be a better finish than the bake on stuff. It will take a lot of abuse.

Mine don't leak. Now, my dad's Dodge pickup, my buddies Ford pickup and my sister's Saturn leak oil.
