    Anyone had a firearm nickled?

I have a Webley Mark VI revolver that has been bubba reblued (cold blue without disassembly). I could have it hot reblued, but I don't think it will resemble the war time finish they came in. So I am thinking about nickeling it. I believe some at least commercially came nickled. Anyone have a place they can recommend.

This is not the one in question, this is my other one (always have a spare). The one in question is at home and I don't have any pics of it on my pc here.

You were looking at one of those Nagant Revolvers with the uncircumcised rounds? I almost bought one a few years back.

Thanks, nic eclear views..That is a pretty breaktop, they had a very good record in use..yes, the funny recessed bullets fit that russian..the barrel threads prevent any thing that might muffel the report to fit it, via batf..the model closes the cylinder gap when fired, actuall works pretty quiet and increases velocity..

Please don't have it plated. Why don't you instead have it parkerized or matt-blued? Both of these finishes would resemble a military finish.

But nickel plating, makes as much sense as getting yourself a set of gold grills. Both nickel plating and gold grills, might lead people to think that you are a schmoe.

My Mk VI was dark phosphate and original.
