Here in Texas that pistol sells for around $500.00. But only because it is not a Colt. That being said ,I had one and traded it off because I couldn't find anything on it that needed my attention. They are a quality firearm at what is normally a reasonable price here. you buy one ,take it to the range and shoot it and then put it in your holster and carry it till the next 45 charms you out of your nickers

Sounds like you need to change politicians and the law. What part of the second amendment says that states can restrict pistols?
The one sure fired way for a politician to get unemployed is to talk about changing our pretty much open gun laws and gun shows.
