    I love the 1903 Rifle!

I just wanted everyone to know I have switched my focus from the M1 rifle,to the 1903.I found a nice WW2 rebuild that I put an NOS High standard barrel on from WW2 and it is aces.I think this is what Garanditis started like?

This was with the old sewer pipe barrel:

and then I got this chromed early low number.

    Looking good!

Yep, I have a reclaimed Remington Receiver, NOS 2 groove barrel, and a stock waiting to go together. I'm still accumulating the stock metal and misc other parts, hoping by the end of the summer to have her together!

The 1903 and 1903A3 are rifles that you can easily get addicted to. Enjoy !!!!!

I picked up a 1903a3 a while ago, now I am thinking of adding the 1903a4 to go along with my M1D. Oh how I hate addictions. At least its not alcohol, drugs or gambling

I have a Springfield 03 and a SC03A3. Both shoot lights out! I never figured I'd go for the bolt rifles but accuracy and history both speak to me.
