I didn't ask you about the law. I said "if he's innocent" and not "if he's found innocent".
Never seen the show. Don't care to. So I have no opinion on the guy or whether he is guilty or not, but I don't trust the justice system to get it right either way. Thugs get off with wrist slaps, and others get convicted on the flimsiest of circumstantial evidence.

If he is innocent, his ex should have her ovaries removed, her tongue cut out, and her current children removed from her care/custody/control.

It was his ex's daughter, I believe, correct me if I am wrong.
Regardless of my, or anyone's, opinion of the show or the man, he deserves his day court.
Unfortunately, all the "facts" we get are filtered through a media that is more focused on ratings and advertising than on reporting the truth.
If false, those that made the allegations should be held accountable in some way.
