I Just got this email from Alex at Tower Armory, these are supposed to be of very high quality.

Hello folks,

if you get this email is because you were interested in the M1 garand T37 Flash Hiders I make.
I know it's been a while since I don't make these, fact is that I need to make some extra income and I've decided to make a small run again.
Some of you found me at old posts and some at the youtube video posted a couple years ago. All fine, now the price part...since I make these machined step by step the time and work involved is almost impossible to rate, specially now that all is made in china and with CNC machinery.
Just to put a price on my work I cannot sell these for less than 100 bucks, that is one of the reasons that I've stopped making them when all kinds of cheap muzzle brakes started to show up in the market. I do understand if you think price is high but is nothing compared to the work involved, maybe this type of machining is not really needed now , but it is the only way I know.

I'm offering this small run to all of you first because you contacted me thru email , some of you long time ago. After sending this email I'll wait a couple days and will offer whatever is left online.

If you've been around M1s for a while, Bill Ricca wrote a couple goods reviews about my flash hiders a couple years ago.

If he's making these on conventional machine tools I can totally understand the price, but it's out of my league.

Yeah I think $100 to make these on conventional tooling is not bad at all.
Smith Enterprises M1 Muzzle Brakes go for $150 and I'm sure they use CNC machinery. But they have a lot of legal costs.

I got that email too, ordered one yesterday to put on the MiniG. Now I have to find someone to shorten it for me. He told me that they are not parked but blued, so that should make it easier to touch up.
