International Harvester gas cylinder question.

how can you tell International Harvester gas cylinder over other gas cylinders? someone from a different forum said that if you look at the bayonet lug, something about it looking like a football shape I don't understand what he is talking about. cuz it don't see any football shape on the under cylinder and I looked at a couple of my other gas cylinders I really don't see much of a difference on any of them except for Winchesters I do know the difference
