    Sighting In Laser Sight

OK, here's my dumb question of the year. I have an S&W model 60 for my house gun. I just purchased a laser sight for it. The dumb part of the question is, what range should I sight it in for so that POA=POI? I'm thinking something around 20'. My guess is that 25 yards might be a tad too far. What say you in this matter?
    Thanks
    Jon

For home defense I would go for feet, not yards although for an sized ragets it probably doesnt matter

We have a S&W Bodyguard 380. The laser was factory preset in the 10-15 foot range
for the laser to be directly on top of the front sight with the sights lined up.
I would be more concerned with having the windage correct.

Don't worry if plan "A" fails, there are still 25 other letters in the alphabet.

    Looking for S/A bayonets s/n 922033 & 1045220
