Thread: Finally got an '03.

    Finally got an '03.

    Project gun for this winter. 1903 (1918 serial number range, slightly over 800k), with a 4-30 4-groove barrel. The rear sight has been butchered, and I'm curious as to what I need to get it back to original. Got one picture of it before my camera died, so I hope it's enough to tell. Even in the shape it's in, I figured that it was hard to pass up for $150.

    Show us some pictures of what is bad, I have alot of small parts for 03s and may be able to help with small parts. Sounds like a fun project.

    Found a rear sight on Ebay for $20, so the rebuild begins!
