I know this has been asked and answered before but I jsut want to recap. I can ship in state without FFL right, hand gun also?
So I can ship a hand gun in state with out paper work, or is that just long guns.

As I understand it buying a hand gun is as easy as buying a laptop or book !!
As long as you have no reason to suspect the buyer is prohibited from owning a firearm.
