Hey Ya'll,
Its been a very long time since I've posted in here. Its been pretty busy at the squadron but anyways Garand stuff. We got back from our last deployment August and with all the cash I saved up; I bought a DCM M1D through the CMP For Sale Ads from Patio, a great guy to deal with. It's been on my bucket list of firearms for a long time. Its a 1969 Toole rebuild on a 1938 receiver, a 14,000 serno. The rifle is gorgeous, ill post some pictures when I get home. One of the guys I work with is also a Garand guy and really likes mine, so we're looking for another DCM M1D or M1C. I swear half the fun on buying these rifles is the hunt for them! Anyways, going to try to post a little more now.
