I noticed the other night that the receiver safety bridge on my garands receiver is cracked. Can it be fixed, or do I look for another receiver and regulate this one to wall hang status. Its a 4.6 mil ihc gap if that matters.

I would suspect it can be carefully welded. Tig would be the preferred method to keep distortion and heat to a minimum.

Sadly, someone will recommend an excellent welder, but Jason will have them shut down before your shipment even arrives.
