I'm in the process of having a Mini-G built by Shuff. I haven't even received the rifle that will be sent off but Tim has answered all of my questions quickly and politely. I'm an old Fal files member and my experience with the "Fal guru" there was not so pleasant to say the least, That guy was like the soup Nazi on Seinfeld. Thanks Tim....
LMFAO, I know of whom you speak. I try very hard to not be like "that guy" in customer service but to be very much like him in quality. It has been my suspicion, through years of reading, that folks do seem to like his work. I have my flaws too though and screw up once in a while.Originally Posted by az dave
When I met him at a gun show in the 90's and he was a pretty likable guy but as his rep grew, so did his head. He insulted my brother on the fal files and came within inches of getting his A$$ kicked. I learned to build my own fall's and never used his services again. I don't mind paying an expert for his skills but if he treats me like a punk, I'm gone! The "Guru" Makes mistakes too, he just wont admit it!
