    Breda M1 question, C&R?

If been covered my apologies, I did do a search and was unable to find any info here. Question in the title, C&R or no? Not on the list but when did Breda stop producing M1 recv'rs / rifles? Fall under ATF published 50 yr rule? Thanks!

I would guess it would fall in but I don't have the legal answer. You need a date.

Found info on a Breda in the 7xxx sn range that was built in 1955. My stripped recv'r is in the 3xxx range. Wanting to sell it & was just curious if could do a C&R transfer. Hard to find date info on these.

Are you selling just the receiver ? If so, it has to go through a FFL 01.

Don't worry if plan "A" fails, there are still 25 other letters in the alphabet.

    Looking for S/A bayonets s/n 922033 & 1045220

Can’t send the stripped receiver to C&R.

Yep, stripped receivers are not eligible to be Curio & Relic's
Curio & Relics must be complete firearms in a original as manufactured configuration.
