I have seen a few by custom leather workers like this;

Most have cheek pieces like the M1C/D but I'd bet if you call them they would skip that if you didn't have optics and wanted cartridges or enbloc pouches only.
Can also see Tourbon, Bronze Dog etc for $30-$40 range
