    Single Slot Gas Plug Wrench

Anyone know where I can get an M1 Garand gas plug wrench for the earlier single slot plug?

    Regards,
    Dan

I use the one made by Haulie on the CMP. It does both the cruciform and slotted plugs. It is a bit pricey but it is a beautiful tool.

You could try a good quality (such as SearsCraftsman) flat screwdriver. That's what I use, & it works great

Great tool and well worth the price. I've tried others but the Haulie wrench is the last one I'll ever need. You should also get the wrench that holds the gas cylinder lock as well. A man can never have enough tools!
