They'd be fighting each other regardless of whether Israel was there or not. They have been fighting each other for a thousand years and if nobody goes nuclear they'll be fighting for another 1000.
I still say paint up one or more of our nuke cruise missiles with North Korea emblems and send it to them in the middle of the night. Ah maybe 2 or 3.
