I don't know, never seen a receiver wrench like that.

It's hard to tell from your first picture due to the glare from the flash,
but it looks like the cut-outs in the wrench may be slightly out of spec.

I got a message from the maker of the wrench, he's sending a replacement out ASAP. I may get a receiver to you yet, Tim!

I had to adjust the slots on mine, as some recievers seem to have a very slight difference...But he missed the boat on that one....
UPDATE: I should've posted this earlier, but the maker went above and beyond to make this right! I didn't even contact him, he saw a posting online and contacted me, and promptly sent a replacement. Some slight tolerance stacking caused the problem, the wrench has been revised to prevent it.
