Just got my trigger back I sent off for some work on my Kimber 82, have it adjusted down to 8oz .
When I get the $$$ I want to get her bedded. You can get as much $$$ in these rimfires as the big bores!

Bill, how did you mount the scope to the rifle, I'm interested in doing the same. I've never fired mine yet. I got one of the rusty Kimbers which I cleaned and checked over when it arrived. I'd like to install a scope before I get use to firing it.

I bought the scope and rings used but I think they are Leupold rings. Anyways, you need 11mm rings to fit the receiver grooves
These Kimbers are a blast to shoot really accurate. You know that it is possible to adjust the trigger down to about 2 1/2 lbs. I had mine there but wanted to get it even lighter.
Heres a target I shot a week or so ago with my other unmodified Kimber
50yds
Iron Sights
Front rest ,rear bag
Eley Club ammo
10 rds

The Rusty Kimbers were a good deal, I bought two of them.
Alot of guys seem to use BKL rings, might do some reading over on Rimfirecentral.com in the Kimber section
