I had some fun putting some rounds down range and testing new hunting loads...and then.........CLICK..........wait 30 seconds....eject(manually)no primer dent,CRAP!You guessed it,My firing pin broke!Good thing I had a spare at home,but that is the first firing pin I've ever had break :(

Yup never had it happen yet. Guess a broken firing pin is better than abroke rifle:) Was it hard to pull the trigger for the first time after the incident?

I thought the same thing Bill! I think I would have flinched on that first trigger pull!

Not with the M1's,but I found I was with My 03-A3.....guess it was just because it was a bolt action?!!
