Is that a rubber or leather handled bayonet on that carbine?

Leather Mello. It's a PAL in 80%+ condition I got on GB for $30.

I may or may not have some pictures somewhere.

Carbines are almost kiddie guns but a heck of a lot of fun to shoot and the family will shoot mine and just stare at my Garands.(Female end of the family). Those girls are deadly with the carbine.

My carbines are fun guns to shoot. I love them as much as my 22's. Probably eat up just as much ammo too!

You lucky SOB. I spent $30 on GB and this is the best bayonet I could come up with for that kind of money.

Bob, sure would be handy for making Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches in the field, great idea. You might make Lt. Col.

The make and date code is: WF-10
You educated folk know that stands for Western Family - 2010, not Wilmington Foundry as most believe.

Here is what I know... (still waiting to hear back from Duff on the specifics)

It's an early 47-Tooth, un-modified saw-back... in the white.
I can also tell you that the sumbitch is pretty sharp and the kick-back while slicing in a bananas can be pretty tricky.

Here's the proof.
