It's hard to tell but it looks as if the bolt has no wear on it indicating it may be new. I think it warrants a patch or two before calling someone a liar.

I agree, he should give the bore a GOOD scrubbing before he makes those accusations. It is nothing to sue over though, the law suit itself would cost at least triple the amount of what the rifle is worth. It would cost him money to get his refund lol.

I saw that post and giggled. If I could own a post ban under folder I would have jumped right on making him an offer to buy that "junker" from him. Hell even if it didn't clean up that well, still has lots of rifling left and I'm sure will group center of mass. We can only own pre-ban under folder's here in NY. IF you can find one, be ready to write a big check for something that's been well shot out and beat up by the rednecks around here.
