I went out Yesterday and bagged 3 more(2 cinnamon Teal and another Green wing,and decided to try the charcoal smoker and wood chips.They were so moist and tender.I think I found a new way to cook that the Wife loves.

Those do look good. What sides did you have with them?

I like a good wild Rice and cooked asparagas.Sometimes I drink too much beer and just eat the Duck ;)

My duck pond now has a housing development around it so no ducks for me! They still fly in but are safe from me.Those ducks sure look good I'll try the smoker if I ever get the chance at the ducks.

Good day for duck hunting. My father and I went out 10/22 and took 4 mallards 2 hens 2 drakes. We'll see if we can do it again tomorrow.
