My mail order 513T arrived this morning while I was at work.

I was hoping for a WWII era rifle and that's just what I received. Date code is EMM which is October 1943 if the web data is correct. Military Finish as well as "US Property" marked. Bolt has serial number electro-penciled on it. The stock was refinished with truoil or similar and has no stamps. Similar to Canes' rifle mine has an anchor stamped in the barrel beside the serial number.

It did not come with front or rear sling swivels, but it does have the mounting bracket for the rear sight and a ramp front.

Quick picture with my cell phone before attending to my son:

Where would I find the CMP certificate? Is that the magical COA I've heard so much about???

yes, the COA will verify that the rifle was not assembled in some random guy's basement...but was, in fact, likely assembled in the CMP basement.
