TC omega with .357 sabots.

I even hung it upside down for Rick Borecky ;) Nah, I did that so I could show how big the neck had gotten.

Any idea what he weighed? Very nice, especially for an old guy!

No ideas on weight but he is largish. I have shot deer that weighed 196 after I gutted them and took them to be weighed. I would say this animal is in the 200lb range gutted.

Nice work Tim, those sabots are awesome at distance. This has got to be one of your farther muzzle loader kills right?

Furthest was just over 300 about 3 years or so ago. I like the long range stuff.

Lol and they say muzzle loaders don't shoot past 100 yards. Where did you shoot this one at on the property?

I wouldn't be afraid of 300 yard shots with a scoped inline Rifle,They are almost a centerfire..Traditional gear on the other hand is a different story.

How could I forget! "Tim, he's coming yo..." POW! Deer down, reload. 5 minutes later "Tim, buck co..." POW! Deer down, reload. "Tim, I have a doe out here right now, POW"

Hearse comes out of the woods with two bucks and a doe piled high. Of course we're in the easy seats laughing.

I do all this to send the fruits of the beast to those who cannot afford, due to 1%'rs holding them back, their own food.
