Some friends wanted to make the trip to the SS so I agreed to go along.

We're shopping on 12/14. If anyone would like me to do some hand-picking/looking for anything in particular let me know.

I'll see what I can do... no promises though. If I find any it's probably going to be old and expired. I may have to just dispose of it so no one gets sick from it!

I highly doubt that the SS would have anything I'm looking for right now. That would be any decent IHC receiver or a 6.0 mil SA receiver. If anything like that came in I'm sure they go to the cherry picking inventory.

Since I am not in the market for anything myself I plan on looking through everything in the store. If I see either of those things I'll give you a call. I'm sure the IHC selection will be on the racks before Christmas!!!

I will buy some of the SG slings if I can find some nice USGI ones... wouldn't want to spend $6 on non-USGI... :)

Well, I just called the SS and spoke w/Leon (I believe). No special ammo configurations like linked/belted, no SG's (big surprise), 108 Win FG's, and 48 each SA and H&R FG's (IIRC).

Those slings are looking better and better...

Cool! That'll give 'em time to get some rack grade IHC's, priced at $50/pair w/consecutive SN's, out on the sales floor. :) Maybe Amsdork will make a video of him checking muzzle erosion with his ass on each rifle....

I'm not sure I want to be there for the fillming!

Are you sure you just want 1 set of consecutive IHC's? Not being a big spender I will try to get you a better deal than $50/pair.
