Who likes Deer sausage ?
I am just sitting here knawing on a piece of Jalapeno and Cheese deer sausage that I just got back from my processor.Damn it is good !
Looks like I am going to be broke for awhile after paying the bill. Cost about $186 for 50lbs of sausage.

My two favorites,Venison sausage and jerky! My uncle who made the best use of venison passed away and did not leave the recipe! Mine is a waste of venison.A great loss to those who appreciate fine venison.Never mention Bambi when serving it.

I made roughly 30 lbs of salami from the deer I got.....7 rolls, first time making it. The stuff turned out awesome, and I'm down to 3 rolls left already. Gonna have to kill more deer.
Mike, you gotta quit using a locker and do it yourself. For what you paid you could've bought the grinder, mix, and all the little stuff, and still had money left over. I've been butchering since I was a kid, and the day I pay someone to process my meat is the day I quit eating meat. It's really quite easy, and you'll save a ton of money.

I love it!!
One of the ladies at work made me some pretty awesome chili with it. I will stay on her good side and keep her stocked with supplies.

I have been giving it some thought. My boss made some jerky that was awesome. He also made some breakfast sausage,Italian sausage, saummer sausage and hamburger. The summer sausage he brought was all gone before I made it to the shop !
He bought a $500 grinder and all the little stuffer bags and everything.

My mother-in-law just got me an electric meat grinder with stuffer tubes and I think she gave somewhere around $160 for it. It chopped up my deer with no issues at all.
