I recently acquired a new Wilson Combat 1911 .45 CQB. I took it to the range today and put 150 rounds through it. I was amazed how little recoil and muzzle lift there is allowing me to stay on the target with very little recovery time. It's a pleasant gun to shoot and doesn't hurt your hand. I purchased it from Bud's on line and then picked it up at the store. I'm very pleased with it.

What does CQB stand for?
The pistol is still a .45 ACP. Correct?
And that's some good shooting. I like that gun.

CQB is a model name Wilson Uses or it stands for "Close Quarters Combat." And yes it is a .45 ACP.

My new trigger scale arrived from Midway. My build measures 3.5 trigger pull which is better than I was trying to achieve I think I'll leave well enough alone.
