Actually, it ain't that bad here, (I am well north of NYC in apple country).

It's barely man portable, and pretty much useless for any tactical or practical aplication.

I don't think it's "the most powerful" rifle as claimed. I believe there is a 20mm bolt gun in development or in use by a NATO country.
