A local shop just took in a complete Garand. CIA receiver, Boyds (?) stock, balance were all seemingly new Italian parts (except -12 bolt). VAR barrel with ME of 1 and TE of 1.5ish. A little ding on the crown that should not effect anything. I have no interest in this. I think they wanted $650. I'm just passing on the info for those looking for Italian parts. They will ship to an FFL.
