I had a very nice selector kit from Standard parts,so I finally got around to filling that ugly gap. Here it is.

I've often thought of getting an M1A but I just can't get into them because I find them ugly and of poor design. By design, I just think the things have too many roll pins. Forget the fact that I can't afford one.

I had one, loved it. It was fun to shoot and all that good stuff. I got rid of it when I realized i did not have a use for it other than burning ammo. I've kicked the idea around of building one but I can't see taking $1k, or better, and just setting it in the rifle rack. If I didn't have 3-4 rifles that I haven't shot yet I'd be more open to the idea of getting another M1A I guess.
